RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUND PROCESS

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@redwinejewellry.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@redwinejewellry.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver once the return request is received and approved.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you do not receive your refund within the 10 business days specified in our policy after completing the process, please follow these steps:

RETURN SHIPPING
